Improving Lives Conference

Improving Lives Conference
September 17-18, 2026

hosted by The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority

About the Conference

It is the duty of the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority to provide leadership in the advocacy, planning, implementing, and funding of services and programs that improve the lives and circumstances of Trust beneficiaries. The Improving Lives Conference will meaningfully address behavioral health systems across Trust beneficiary groups and strengthen Alaska’s continuum of care.

Building on the momentum of past events, the conference will once again bring together partners from across Alaska to share knowledge, explore innovative practices, and build partnerships in support of Trust beneficiaries. Attendees can expect engaging sessions, meaningful dialogue, and opportunities to connect around solutions that improve access, outcomes, and quality of life for Alaskans served by the mental health and disability care system.

2026 Conference Themes

  • Leveraging innovation and change: transforming beneficiary health in Alaska
  • Upstream and downstream: the important of prevention, intervention, and ongoing supports for wellbeing
