Robin SiversonCorporate Culture DirectorRobin’s career with Hope began in 1988 and spans a variety of roles and responsibilities. She began her journey as a Direct Support Professional, where she gained valuable experience providing direct support to the recipients of Hope’s services. She has since performed most roles in services delivery from live-in direct support to program director, up to her current role as Hope's Corporate Culture Director. Robin's dedication to her work led her to seek mentorship from Hope's former executive directors, who recognized her potential and supported her growth. In her current role, she serves as an independent advisor for service delivery. She ensures that Hope continues to adhere to its own values and maintains a strong organizational culture as it navigates changing times and continues to grow. She has a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities and an ability to connect with people and understand their unique needs. She has an empathetic approach to direct supports and believes in persisting in supporting someone even after others may have given up. |
